Albania is an EU candidate country, and the clinic's sterilisation and safety protocols follow EU medical-device regulation.

Only documented, globally recognised systems: Straumann and Nobel Biocare implants, Ivoclar ceramics. Every component used in your treatment is recorded in your treatment documentation, so your dentist at home can see exactly what was placed.

Yes. Our coordinators and dentists speak English, Italian and German fluently, and every treatment plan is written in your language before you travel. A staff member is with you at every appointment to translate if needed.

We arrange private airport pickup and drop-off, and book you into a partner hotel a short walk from the clinic, all included in your treatment plan for stays over 2 nights.

Most veneer and crown cases are completed in a single 4 to 7 day visit. Implant cases sometimes need a short second visit 3 to 6 months later for the final crown, which we plan around your schedule from day one.

Every treatment comes with a written guarantee, up to 10 years on implants. If you notice an issue at home, you message your dentist directly on WhatsApp. Minor adjustments are coordinated with a local dentist where possible; if you need to return to Tirana for warranty work, treatment and a second set of flights are covered under the guarantee terms.

We accept card, bank transfer and cash in EUR. A small deposit secures your appointment dates once your treatment plan is confirmed; the balance is paid at the clinic, split across your visit if you prefer.

Most UK, Italian and German dental insurance does not cover treatment abroad, but we provide detailed invoices so you can claim any portion your policy allows. Ask your coordinator for the paperwork you'll need.
